Your first appointment focuses on clarity and a practical plan. We’ll review your history, medications, and goals; perform a focused orthopedic/neurologic exam and movement screen; and explain findings in plain language so you know what’s driving symptoms and what to do next.
Yes. We evaluate potential drivers such as blood-sugar dysregulation, medication effects, mechanical entrapments, and micronutrient issues. Care may include gentle in-office therapies, targeted nutrition, nerve-glide routines, balance training, and sleep support. We track progress using sensation testing and symptom logs.
We start with any recent labs you already have. When needed, we recommend focused testing—such as a thyroid panel with antibodies, A1C/fasting insulin, B12/folate, inflammatory markers, or stool testing for GI symptoms. We only suggest tests that will change care decisions and we review every result with you line by line.
